Dr. Darryll Williams is a dedicated Chiropractic Physician and the esteemed founder/owner of Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC. Raised in Fayetteville, NC, a diverse military town, Dr. Williams developed a deep-rooted belief in the power of holistic healing from a young age. His aversion to relying on medication for every ache and pain led him to embrace a career aligned with his philosophy.
After graduating from Westover High School in 2000, Dr. Williams pursued higher education at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology in 2004 and returned to Fayetteville, where he taught geometry and biology at Fayetteville Technical Community College. It was during this time that he crossed paths with a fellow educator who was planning to enroll in chiropractic school. Intrigued by the idea of helping others without medication, Dr. Williams embarked on his chiropractic journey.
In 2009, Dr. Williams graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. Since then, he has gained valuable experience as an associate and clinic director across clinics in North and South Carolina. Driven by his belief in maintaining a clear nerve pathway and encouraging proactive healthcare, he strives to provide effective chiropractic care to his patients.
Throughout his career, Dr. Williams envisioned a more convenient and patient-centered approach to chiropractic care. Inspired by the growing trend of mobile services, he conceived the idea of Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC. When he’s not caring for his patients, Dr. Williams finds joy in working out, spending time with his family and beloved dog, and exploring new destinations. He also enjoys gaming on Xbox and indulging in snowboarding adventures.
