Dr. Darryll Williams is a Chiropractic Physician and founder/owner of Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC. He was raised in the diverse military town of Fayetteville, NC. As child, he never had any interest in taking medication and didn’t quite understand the logic of taking a pill or syrup for every ache and pain. Little did he know that his career would align with that same philosophy.
After graduating from Westover High School in 2000, Dr. Williams continued his education at Winston-Salem State University, in Winston-Salem, NC. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology in 2004, Dr. Williams returned to Fayetteville and taught high school level geometry and biology at Fayetteville Technical Community College. While there, he met another teacher that was going to enroll in chiropractic school. After researching chiropractic and the philosophy of helping others with their ailments without the use of medication, Dr. Williams decided that would be his career path.
A year later, Dr. Williams enrolled at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He graduated from there in September of 2009 and has practiced as an associate and clinic director in clinics all over North and South Carolinas. He is a true believer in keeping the nerve pathway free of interference and that people should be more proactive, not reactive, about their health.
While working at other clinics, Dr. Williams always imagined having more “freedom” and being able to provide a more convenient patient experience. As more and more services are becoming mobile, he decided he wanted to have a chiropractic office on wheels as well. Thus, the idea of Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC was born. Dr. Williams loves the idea of patients not having to wait, not having to deal with traffic, or sacrificing their time with loved ones or from work in order to take care of themselves. He brings all the experience he has gained since graduating to help ensure that all of his patients receive the care they need, with effective outcomes.
Dr. Williams enjoys working out, spending time with his wife, son, and dog, as well as traveling. He also enjoys playing Xbox and snowboarding. He believes that a good work and personal life balance is essential for your overall health and well-being.
