Insurance Options

We are pleased to provide you with an itemized bill (super bill) that you can personally submit to your insurance company. While reimbursement is not guaranteed due to variations in insurance plans, we are committed to assisting you in maximizing your insurance benefits. Booking Fees

To secure your new patient appointment, a booking fee of $50 is required and must be electronically paid. This fee will be credited towards any services provided during your visit. Please note that any outstanding balances must be settled at the time of service. If you have any concerns or questions regarding payments, our Doctor is always available to discuss them with you. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited. Should the original booking fee be forfeited, a new booking fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your new patient appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

  1. At Protect Your Neck Mobile Chiropractic, PLLC, we kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice for our services. Our Doctor strategically plans the mobile route to ensure optimal efficiency in treating patients, and each appointment booked holds great value to our practice.
  2. Short notice cancellations present challenges in accommodating replacement appointments without disrupting the schedule for other patients. To honor the value of each appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to the account for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This policy remains in effect even if the appointment is scheduled for the following day, necessitating cancellation prior to the 24-hour mark. For instance, if your appointment is at 3 pm on Tuesday and you cancel at 3:01 pm on Monday, the cancellation fee will be applied to your account.
  3. Additionally, in the event of a cancellation within one hour of the appointment, the full cost of the visit will be charged.
  4. To facilitate a seamless process, all accounts are required to have a card on file for the application of the cancellation fee. If there is no card on file or if the card on file declines payment, future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance is settled.
